Welcome to NOURIQ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NOURIQ website located at nouriq.in and all related services provided by Nouriq Wellness Pvt Ltd ("NOURIQ", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

To use our website and services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
• Be a resident of India, located within one of our active delivery zones
• Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or creating an account
• Have a valid payment method accepted by our payment partners
• Not be barred from using our services under any applicable law

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. NOURIQ reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, nutritional information, and imagery. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. If a product differs materially from its description, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Order Placement

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase products at the listed price. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including:

• Product unavailability or stock limitations
• Errors in product pricing or description
• Delivery address outside our serviceable pincodes
• Suspected fraudulent or unusual order activity

Product Availability

As a farm-to-home brand, our product availability may vary based on seasonal conditions, flock health, and supply chain factors. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a reschedule, alternative product, or full refund.

We deliver to select pincodes across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. You can check delivery availability at checkout using our pincode verification tool.

• Orders placed before our cut-off time are typically delivered the following morning (farm-fresh perishable schedule)
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or operational constraints
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive perishable deliveries
• NOURIQ is not liable for product quality deterioration caused by missed deliveries or inadequate storage after handover
• Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order

NOURIQ offers recurring subscription plans for weekly or bi-weekly deliveries. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each cycle (weekly or bi-weekly) using your saved payment method. You authorise NOURIQ to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Modifications

You may pause, modify the delivery frequency, or change your product selection at any time from your account dashboard, provided changes are made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the next billing date will prevent the next charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the billing date may result in one final charge for the next delivery cycle, which will be fulfilled and cannot be refunded.

One-time orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before processing begins. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

For quality complaints, damaged goods, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photography, videos, product descriptions, and the NOURIQ brand identity — is the exclusive property of Nouriq Wellness Pvt Ltd and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, or transmit any content from this website without our prior written consent
• You may share individual pages or blog articles for non-commercial, personal use, provided you credit NOURIQ and link back to the original URL
• The NOURIQ name, logo, and taglines are registered trademarks and may not be used without written authorisation

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any order or account registration
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from our website
• Post, upload, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content in reviews or communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our website or servers
• Use our platform for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law or regulation

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and/or legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nouriq Wellness Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your order, or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

For consumer disputes, you also have the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
