Delivery Philosophy
NOURIQ is built on a simple belief: that the distance between your farm and your kitchen should be as short as possible. We do not rely on intermediaries, cold storage warehouses, or supermarket shelves. Our eggs go from the hen to your door — typically within 24 to 36 hours of being laid.
This farm-to-door model means our logistics are tightly scheduled and time-specific. We ask for your understanding that, unlike shelf-stable products, our deliveries follow a precise cycle driven by the farm's harvest timing.
Farm-fresh guarantee:Every NOURIQ order is delivered within 36 hours of harvest. We do not stock products in intermediary warehouses — what you receive is as fresh as it gets.

Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sundays or national public holidays. If your regular delivery day falls on a holiday, we will notify you in advance and reschedule to the nearest available date.
Early morning delivery is by design — eggs are best received cool, before the day heats up. Our delivery partners operate from 6 AM to ensure your order arrives at its freshest.

Subscription Deliveries
NOURIQ subscribers enjoy additional flexibility and benefits with their delivery schedule:
- Choose your delivery day — select any day Monday through Saturday that works best for your household
- Free delivery always — subscribers never pay a delivery fee, regardless of order size
- Skip a delivery — skip up to 2 consecutive deliveries per month from your dashboard, at least 48 hours in advance
- Pause your subscription — pause for 1 to 4 weeks without cancelling, for travel or other reasons
- Change delivery day — update your preferred delivery day from the account dashboard, effective the following week
- Delivery confirmation — receive a WhatsApp notification the evening before each delivery, with your delivery window and driver details
Packaging & Cold Chain
Every NOURIQ delivery is packed to maintain product quality and freshness from the moment it leaves our farm:
- Moulded pulp trays — eggs are individually cradled in FSC-certified moulded pulp trays that cushion against breakage during transit
- Insulated outer packaging — orders are packed in kraft-paper insulated boxes to maintain cool temperatures during morning delivery
- No single-use plastic — all packaging materials are either 100% recyclable or compostable
- Tamper-evident seals — each box is sealed to confirm it has not been opened in transit
- Clear labelling — best-before date, storage instructions, and farm origin printed on every pack
We strongly recommend refrigerating your eggs immediately upon delivery. Farm-fresh eggs without a washed cuticle can remain at room temperature for a short time, but refrigeration at 4°C or below is always preferred for optimal freshness and food safety.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for on-time delivery every single day, circumstances occasionally arise that are outside our control:
Weather & Road Conditions
Extreme weather events, flooding, or road closures may affect delivery timelines. In such cases, we will notify you via WhatsApp as early as possible and reschedule your delivery to the next available morning.
High Demand Periods
During festivals and high-demand seasons, delivery windows may be slightly extended. We plan capacity in advance for known peaks but cannot always guarantee same-day resolution during surges.
Farm-Side Disruptions
Rare events at farm level — such as a flock health advisory or a severe weather event at the farm location — may result in temporary supply interruption. We will notify all affected customers within 4 hours and offer either a rescheduled delivery, a substitute product, or a full refund.
Your order is protected. In any case where we cannot fulfil a confirmed order within 24 hours of the original delivery window, you are automatically entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
Failed Deliveries
Because our products are perishable, failed deliveries require careful handling. Here is what happens if a delivery cannot be completed:
- Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you via the mobile number provided at checkout
- If reachable, they will hold the delivery for up to 30 minutes or follow a safe-drop instruction you provide
- If unreachable and no safe-drop location exists, the delivery will be marked as a failed attempt
- Due to food safety and the perishable nature of the product, failed deliveries cannot be returned to the farm or re-delivered later in the day
- A re-delivery may be scheduled for the following morning at no additional charge for your first missed delivery; repeated missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee
We strongly recommend providing a delivery note at checkout (e.g., "Leave with security guard" or "Place inside gate") to ensure your order reaches you safely even if you are unavailable.
